This limitation of liability is cumulative and not per incident. In no event shall University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost or damaged data, or any indirect damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine has been informed of the possibility thereof.
