Our synergetic five doctor, privately owned, small animal medical and surgical facility located in Federal Way, WA, just south of Seattle, is seeking an associate DVM to join us. New graduates and pending graduates are encouraged to apply. This position can be Part-time to Full-time (3-5 days per week), depending on your needs. Our practice philosophy is one of treating all of our client’s pets as we would treat our own pets, and offering this exemplary care at an affordable cost to all of our clients.
We have an exceptional support staff, including five LVTs to assist you with all of your medical and surgical patient care needs, veterinary medication clerks, veterinary assistants, and veterinary receptionists. We are a paper-lite practice, fully computerized and modern. We have state-of-the-art anesthetic monitoring, infusion pumps, orthopedic equipment, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and dental machines with fiber optics and high speed drills. We will soon be adding an in-house lab, as well as in-clinic ultrasound and endoscopy.
We offer a generous base salary which can increase dependent on the number of days per week you work. We also pay a % commission on your generated income. $100,000 + salary for an experienced, full time DVM.

We are a small animal out-patient medical and surgical clinic. Salary is calculated on base pay plus percentage of income generated.
