Animal Allergy & Dermatology of Colorado is a specialty veterinary dermatology practice with two ACVD certified dermatologists, and three locations. Established in 2010 with primary location in Colorado Springs, and satellite locations in Parker, and Longmont we take pride in providing specialty care for pets along the Front Range. We utilize the latest technology and run a paperless office utilizing Mac based software including VetFM practice management software. We strive to offer clients exceptional service and veterinary care. This collaborative team builder will need to excel in open communication and strive for an environment for which inclusiveness drives productivity and efficiency at all locations. Other requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree with MBA, or CVPM highly desirable
Skilled and adaptable with technology including but not limited to understanding Mac based software, and wireless network infrastructure
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and management positions in human or veterinary health care
Engaging, open communications skills, and ability to foster trust amongst staff and client base
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess current operational effectiveness and needs
Availability for some travel to our satellite locations, but position will primarily be located in Colorado Springs

Working with our team of doctors, technicians, and support staff you will be responsible for: personnel management including recruiting, hiring, training, disciplinary procedures, and discharges; maintaining employee schedules and managing benefits; inventory management; overseeing sales and financial stability; scheduling continuing education for applicable staff; overseeing building, equipment maintenance and cleanliness of practice; marketing campaigns and events focused on practice growth. A qualified hire must also take an active role in our success by continuously working to establishing protocols, innovate business strategies, and improve service and efficiency.
