Calling all Vikings! Turtle Mountain Veterinary Service in Bottineau, ND is seeking FT associate veterinarian for our progressive mixed animal practice. Candidate must be motivated, independent and willing to face challenges. If the blood of the Norse men courses through your veins and you seek adventure and challenge on the rural plains, this is the practice for you. If the thought of working under open blue skies in subzero temperatures while the wind whips in your face gets you excited, please apply here. If you have the grit and strength to work in less than ideal circumstances while seeking to improve your skills and knowledge, this is the place for you. If you want to release your inner warrior, look no further. However, if you find your iPhone more interesting than adventure on the high plains, this is not your calling. If you identify more with a medieval prince than Erik the Red, this is not the practice for you. If you think you have what it takes to be our next associate, you will need to bring your A game (and perhaps an offering to Odin). For more information about our practice, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit us on the web at www.turtlemountainvet.com.
Experienced or new graduates welcome. Candidate must have good communication skills and teamwork attitude. Basic medicine and surgery skills required. Candidate must have good diagnostic ability to handle challenging cases and willingness to learn new techniques or skills. Good palpation skills and basic knowledge of bovine and equine reproduction a plus. Desire to specialize in any area of mixed animal medicine encouraged. Candidate must be willing to share after-hours emergency duty.
