A full time position is available at Virginia Equine Imaging. We are a six-doctor equine veterinary practice located in beautiful Northern Virginia that specializes in lameness and diagnostic imaging of the horse.  Our facility features state of the art equipment such as digital radiography, nuclear scintigraphy, and ultrasonography. 

We are seeking a qualified DVM with 3-5 years of practice experience or advanced training to join our team. It will be a one-year contract term to start with the possibility of becoming a permanent associate position. Candidate will spend half of their time in clinic assisting Dr. Allen on imaging and second opinion lameness workups. The other half will be spent in an ambulatory capacity doing lameness & sports medicine on an outcall basis as well as a small amount of general practice. No emergency work required but some weekend travel to special events/competitions with the Senior Associates will be expected. Practice vehicle will be provided. Salary is commensurate with experience but starts in the $60k range. Excellent benefits package to include health insurance, paid time off, uniform allowance, and 401k.
