Crossroads Animal Hospital & Pet Resort is seeking 2 associate veterinarians
(1 full-time and 1 part-time) with strong surgical and interpersonal skills for our rapidly expanding small animal and exotic practice in Jackson, Michigan. We are an AAHA accredited practice since 2010. For our veterinarians that means a minimum of 2 LVTs present during all anesthetic procedures and a staff to doctor ratio of 5:1. Voted Jackson’s Best Veterinary Hospital by Jackson Magazine, we pride ourselves on the quality of our care. The majority of our staff have been with us for many years. We have an extremely low turnover rate. Our staff is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly.
We're known for our team-based approach, family atmosphere, emphasis on client education, consultations with veterinary specialists, and gentle handling of nervous patients.
Crossroads is an appointment-based practice that blocks time daily to see urgent care patients. We value family and a healthy work/life balance. For this reason, our full- time Associate Veterinarian will be scheduled 4 days per week plus a rotating Saturday schedule.
Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
Rotate after-hours phone consultations
LVT's on-call to triage
Closed on holidays
Closed on Sundays

The Associate Veterinarian is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with the Medical Director and supporting medical staff. This individual will advance the quality of medicine in the practice by providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients. We are looking for compassionate, personable, detail-oriented veterinarians that are ready to engage with our team and provide the best care possible for our clients and their pets.
