Pay starting $65000.00 per year plus 25% of personal gross production over $25,000.00 per month. New grads welcome ! We are happy to mentor a new doctor( skip the internship and work for us getting the same support & mentorship for better pay and build a practice you can enjoy for a life time) or to integrate an experienced doctor ( looking to have more time with your patients and clients) into our growing practice. We currently see 85% small animal with some exotics mixed in and 15% equine/large animals.We have the greatest potential for growth in equine/large animal medicine. WSVMA & AVMA dues, licensing fees, and mandatory continuing education fees are covered.
