Raleigh Community Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time, associate veterinarian to join their vibrant and growing hospital family. Established in 2015, we are located in the heart of Raleigh, NC, just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Raleigh. We are committed to adding another great doctor who shares and strives with the same values that has impacted our community since our opening. This opportunity offers the potential for tremendous growth, both personally and professionally, for the new candidate. We are looking to add a successful individual who possesses a passionate vision for exceeding peoples’ expectations, a thirst for a greater knowledge in the field of companion animal, and a genuine compassion for the animals entrusted into their care. This successful individual will be comfortable practicing only the highest standard of care; will be able to work independently, yet, also, as a team; will understand that better medicine is worth the investment; and will communicate effectively, prioritizing education and understanding over quantity.
Hospital equipment including: dental suite; digital radiographs; cold-laser therapy; 3 anesthesia machines + monitoring equipment; basic ultrasound; iv pumps; in-house labs including coag; tonovet.
Expectations of candidate: Superior communication, medical, and surgical skills; positive attitude; desire and ability to engage and participate as a team; a drive to excel and learn. Preference given to experience or interests with exotics.
Salary Information: Salary and compensation is based upon experience; benefits include professional liability, CE allowance, licensure and dues, retirement, etc.
