Job responsibilities will include:
Dedicated to building rapport with clients, listening to and empathizing with their concerns.
Performs physical examinations, diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures that will deliver the highest quality of care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.
Communicates effectively and efficiently with clients regarding diagnosis, recommended treatment plans, preventative health care and nutritional needs.
Maintain patient medical and surgical records while making certain that all logs and records are kept up-to-date through established protocols.
Stays current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
Assists with training and development of the medical support team to ensure we are delivering the highest quality care and client service possible.
Maintains a role of positive leadership to staff.
