Would you like to be an active part of the community you live in by helping people care for the animals in their lives? Do you love people as much as their pets? Our goal is to find a compassionate person who shares our vision and philosophy, who wants to build ongoing professional relationships with our clients and wants to become a long-term member of our amazing team.
Our patients are mostly small animals and exotics: dogs, cats, pocket pets, rabbits, reptiles, and the occasional chicken or pig. We consider our practice high-touch, so each client gets the treatment that fits their circumstances, without sacrificing our quality of service. We believe it is in the best interest of the pet and the owner to educate them about what they may need and give them the tools to decide on the best course of action given their unique circumstances.
We are a very family friendly practice looking for someone to work 3 – 4.5 days a week, sharing the load with a couple “working moms” who understand that work-life balance does not come easily. Balance isn't just for the owner - it is for everyone, if you share that value, lets talk! Our “toys” include Class 4 laser, In-house laboratory, Digital dental and General radiology, high speed dental machine & Drill, EKG, CO, Blood pressure & Pulse ox monitors. We have easy access to several specialty practices and emergency clinics. Several of us are very active in our local, state & national veterinary organizations & we support and cover for each other to allow these opportunities. We offer a great compensation package with salary base and production. . Full benefits include CE, liability, health insurance, 401K, association dues, vacation and paid CE time.
We are looking for someone with a high degree of self awareness & emotional intelligence who is an excellent communicator. Drama free, flexibility & ability to see the big picture is a must!
