We are looking to add a Full Time Hospital Administrator/Practice Manager that shares our vision of excellent patient and client care, can manage an established front office and medical team, and can work closely with the owner to shape the future. The ideal candidate is proficient with computers, demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and has the qualities to lead a team. Job duties include: Leading the front office and medical teams; Helping to manage and operate the hospital’s online presence on social media; Creation of team-members’ schedules based on the hospital’s needs. Inventory management and ordering. Client education and support. Planning consistent staff training and continuing education. Management of accounts receivable, collections, and financial policies. Helping keep the hospital operating smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a dedicated, dependable manager that works well as part of a team. The schedule will include some Saturdays.
