Busy exotics practice seeking an associate with an adventurous personality who loves the challenge of the non-mainstream patient. Our practice is primarily avian, small mammal, and reptile with a few dogs and cats just for fun. Our staff is top-notch, we currently have 3 veterinarians, including one ABVP board-certified in avian specialty, and 20 additional well-trained staff members. Equipment includes digital radiology and dental radiology, endoscopy, surgical microscopes, and sevoflurane anesthesia. We work closely with University of Florida for CT, MRI and radiation for cancer patients when indicated and have a board-certified veterinarian visit regularly to do ultrasounds and echocardiograms. The practice is growing and there is potential for buy-in of the practice for the right candidate.
