We are a two doctor AAHA accredited practice providing veterinary services for dog and cat owners in the city of Kuna and the surrounding area. We provide comprehensive, high-quality, life-long medical, surgical, wellness, and dental care for four legged family members through regular examinations, appropriate vaccinations, a commitment to wellness/prevention, and early detection of problems through screening. We strive to provide this care in a friendly, compassionate atmosphere, in open dialogue with our clients. We place a strong emphasis on client communication and client education. We are located about 15 minutes from Boise and use WestVet, Idaho's only emergency and specialty hospital for after hours care and for pets requiring critical or specialty care we cannot provide. (No on-call!) We are open 8-6 Monday through Friday and 9-1 on Saturdays. The doctors rotate surgery/anesthetic procedure time and seeing patients in 30 minute slots during the week and alternate weekend duties. We have a staff of three full time client care representatives including two cross-trained CSR/assistants, five highly trained technician/assistants, a bookkeeper, and cleaner to support you. We offer a base of $75,000/yr with a production of 22% of medical services above and beyond, and require at least 36 hours of scheduled clinic time per week. We offer generous CE, paid professional licenses and dues, retirement, and a mentoring program. We have digital CR, digital dental radiology unit, and ultrasound. We use AviMark software and Rapport for client communication. We are working on building a new larger facility within the next 1-1 1/2 years.
