This established small animal clinic is seeking one to two additional Veterinarians due to an increasing clientele base and a desire to expand!  Currently the practice employs 3 doctors, 4 LVT’s, multiple veterinarian assistants, and a loyal support staff.  The clinic has an excellent reputation and is a referral hospital for soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, including TPLO’s.  Our lab is well-equipped with advanced diagnostic tools including digital x-ray, ultrasound, video endoscopy, and in-house blood work capabilities.

Additionally, we are willing to assist the ideal candidate in pursuing his/her area of specialty.  For example, a 30x40 adjacent building was renovated for canine behavioral and socialization classes, thus providing one of our doctors the opportunity to utilize her expertise in canine behavioral modification.

We are located in Southwest Michigan, near the Indiana border.  It is conveniently located near South Bend, IN (Notre Dame), as well as, St. Joseph (Lake Michigan) and Kalamazoo, MI.  We have close access to numerous university-based cites offering sporting and cultural events.  On the other hand, we are also surrounded by abundant countryside, offering beaches, lakes, rivers, and wooded areas ideal for recreational activities.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, sign on bonus, an excellent benefits package, including 401K, and the potential for ownership/partnership.  No after-hour emergency duties.  Please email resume to info@bergmanvetmed.com, attention Dr. Scot Moore.

The ideal candidate should have excellent client communication skills and be well rounded in general small animal medicine.  Although experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.  Surgical training with supportive mentorship can be provided if interested.

NOTES:
2 openings.

Additional Salary Information: Salary is negotiable based on experience
