Our newly remodeled, 3 doctor, growing small animal practice is looking for a part-time or full-time licensed veterinarian to join our team.  We are located 10 minutes east of Hartford, CT.  Our practice offers many internal medicine and surgical services to our clients, including full medical workups, routine surgeries and procedures, laser surgery, dentals with extractions, digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab work. We routinely perform gastrotomies, enterotomies, resection and anastomosis, gastropexies, pyometra OVH, and c sections along with routine surgical procedures.  

We are open Monday through Saturday by appointment.  While we welcome emergencies during regular office hours, we are not a 24-hour care facility and will refer critical patients to an emergency hospital for overnight care or specialty services if needed.  

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic team player with a good sense of humor who wants to grow with our practice. We want to add a team member that believes in good communication with the rest of our team and our clients.  We are a family and enjoy investing in each other and our clients.  Experienced vets are preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.  We are open to adding exotics, herbal and/or holistic medicine, chiropractics, acupuncture, and any other areas of special interest to our practice.  We also offer canine reproductive services, but knowledge in canine reproduction is not required for this position.  We will mentor any new team member in all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery.
