ABOUT OUR CLINIC

Campeche Cove All Animal Hospital (CCAAH) is located in the beautiful city of Galveston, approximately 45 minutes from the bustling metropolis of Houston.

Our home-like facility has a beautiful outdoor deck that faces protected wetlands full of birds and wildlife. It is a lovely and peaceful place. Just on the other side of the wetlands is the ocean, which is an easy 5-minute drive away!

CCAAH is a growing, locally owned practice with firmly established roots in the community. While the majority of our patients are companion animals (dogs and cats), we also see exotics, birds, and farm animals.

We provide both routine veterinary care and surgeries, in addition to veterinary acupuncture, veterinary chiropractic, and complementary medicine.

We have radiography, dental radiography, cautery, and ultrasound equipment, as well as a high-speed dental unit and a well-equipped lab for blood, urine, and fecal analysis.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

• See a variety of animals, mostly companion animals, but with occasional exotics, birds, and farm animals. 
  
  
• Full-time veterinarians typically work only 4 days a week. 
  
  
• No overnight hours! We’re also closed on Sundays, and we rotate partial-day Saturday shifts. Usual start time is between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. 
  
  
• Mentoring for new vets.
  
  
• Reimbursement (up to $2,000 annually) for CEUs, plus up to one week paid time away from work annually to complete license-required CEUs. 
  
  
• Reimbursement (up to $500 annually) for personal professional liability insurance. 
  
  
• Reimbursement of AVMA and TVMA dues.

WHO WE'RE SEEKING

We’re looking for a part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian with a strong work ethic, excellent client communication skills, and a love for what they do.

We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to provide routine veterinary care for a mixed animal practice, primarily companion animals (especially dogs and cats), but with occasional exotics, birds, and farm animals, as well.

The ideal candidate has a cheerful attitude, is a go-getter, and works well as part of a team.

Valid TBVME license is required.
