Part-time, may progress to full time veterinarian needed for a progressive, close-knit, four doctor, small animal practice. Practice high quality medicine with in-house diagnostics, digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental with digital dental radiography, and state-of-the-art surgical monitoring. We maintain skilled and empowered support staff with a three to one doctor to staff ratio. Excellent benefit package, salary, IRA, Disability plan, Liability Insurance and CE allowance.
Frederick County and the surrounding area is a great place to live and work. Close to Washington DC and Baltimore but far enough away to still be in suburban countryside.
Experience preferred. Work schedule flexible but some evenings and Saturday hours are required. Must have good bedside manner, time management, and surgical skills preferred. Days are split between appointments and surgical duties. Must be a team player and willing to have fun while making a difference for our patients and clients.
