ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN 100% Small Animal /Exotic/Raptor/ Internal Medicine focus $10,000 signing/relocation bonus
Salary/Compensation package [up to $125,000-90,000/year compensation package] Under Pro-Sal compensation[20% ] historically for associates Compensation package negotiated based on employee desires and capability with 100-80K gaurenteed compensation package based on emergency load desired by applicant 20% pro-sal formula applies to all production and inventory sales WEEKEND EMERGENCIES [optional]
About Our Practice Van Loon Animal Hospital /Wisconsin Veterinary Orthopedics is a 22 acre ranch.. We practice only the highest quality medicine and offer our clients the best protocol before offering anything less; this has put our practice growth in the top 1% in the United States over 50% of the time over the last three years. We offer training in both echocardiography and abdominal ultrasound through ONCURA partners, Texas in house. Opportunities in orthopedics exist for qualifying candidates through our DBA, Wisconsin Veterinary Orhtopedics as we perform TPLOs and aggressivley seek these cases through WisconsinVeterinaryorthopedics.com. We also perform orthopedics on Raptors and operate a rehab center for raptors in conjunction with the LaCrosse County Humane Society. Equipment includes DBL Hydraulic Lift Exam tables, C02 Laser, Pulse Therapy Laser, Surgivet C02/Pulse OX/EKG, blood pressure monitor, Digital Vet-Ray/ Dental X rays, Dental Base, ultrasound with telemedicine capability in association with Oncura Partners.com for echocardiology and abdominal studies.[Training provided] Benefits package negotiable, Health insurance, life insurance, 401K, CE/Dental Plan and vacation inclusive in employment package at employee request.
