A dynamic Veterinarian is being sought for the role of Chief Medical Officer with a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality spay/neuter services in addition to full services veterinary care at their two state-of-the-art facilities in the Coachella Valley. We are seeking a veterinarian with strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff veterinarians in a multi-doctor clinic/shelter environment. In the role, you will be involved in the hiring and supervision, establishing veterinary protocols and serving in a mentor capacity when needed. You will also be responsible for providing professional medical, nutritional, dental and surgical diagnostics and treatment of patients and ensuring adherence to the mission of the organization. A minimum of 5 years experience is desired. This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian with a passion for shelter medicine and shelter management.
