Client Services: a strong commitment to the client experience is critical to be successful in this position, handling several phone lines, working effectively/efficiently with email and Google drive document sharing, other software applications, dispensing prescriptions accurately, handling client concerns, accepting payments, reviewing accounts payable, and building a strong connection between the veterinary team and the clients
Later, after at least 6-12 months, depending on experience, moving into any/all practice manager duties including but not limited to the following:
Operational Management: managing inventory, establishing communication with vendors, instituting and enforcing policies, staff scheduling, delegating tasks, maintaining OSHA compliance, maintaining radiology compliance, equipment maintenance and repair, liaison between high profile client and the veterinary team.
Human Resources: recruiting, interviewing, training, mediating employee conflicts, ability to supervise staff and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members
Managing online and in-house reviews
