Welcome to Appleseed Valley/Clearfork Veterinary Hospitals. We are a well-established, two location, progressive small animal hospital using a team approach in caring for patients through treatment, surgery and preventative care. In addition to well animal/sick animal examinations, treatments and vaccinations we offer a full surgery schedule, ultrasound, endoscopy, digital radiography, in house blood screening, orthopedic surgeries, boarding/ doggie daycare, hospitalization and after hours emergency services.
What to expect:
You will work closely with one of our experienced Veterinarians during your 2-4 week externship. You will learn to perform a complete physical exam, develop enhanced client communications, gain surgical skills and increase confidence through experience.
Our Doctors are passionate about medicine and welcome the opportunity to mentor future Veterinarians with a hands on approach to the practice of Veterinary medicine.

We are a two location well established animal hospital located between Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio. We have a newly constructed Hospital in Lexington and a second hospital in Bellville. Our Doctors are Jobe Hittinger D.V.M. and Abel Hittinger, D.V.M. (brothers) who are graduates of Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine. We focus on quality patient care through treatment, surgery and preventative medicine using a team approach. We have been in Lexington since 1998 and are excited to have added new and expanded services and equipment.
