Animal Medical Center is a progressive, 24-hour, small animal hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We are looking for full time associates for our fast paced, high volume practice. An extensive up to date in house IDEXX lab, digital xray and ultrasound give our doctors the highest quality patient side diagnostic capability. Animal Medical Center has highly qualified support staff to aid in diagnostics and treatment. The hospital includes an area for critically ill patients and an isolation area for highly contagious hospitalized patients. The doctors at Animal Medical Center have the freedom to diagnose and treat each case in their own way. Newer veterinarians are provided mentorship to help develop their skills as diagnosticians and surgeons. We stress client communication and work to develop and maintain the confidence of our clients. At Animal Medical Center, doctors get the best of both worlds; the opportunity to establish and maintain client/patient relationships as well as sharpen their skills with emergency cases. We provide emergency support to other area clinics and strive to maintain communications and confidence with those veterinarians. Our goal is to provide the best quality care for our patients and we are looking for compassionate doctors to help maintain that goal. 

Pro-Sal formula is used to calculate compensation. Base salary is negotiable with 20-25% commission of billing over base. Commissions are paid monthly. This allows doctors to maximize their earning potential. We also provide health insurance, continuing education, dues, subscriptions, and an employer matched IRA. There is no ON CALL duty because we are a 24-hour facility.
