Looking for a fun place to live and work with great pay, 4 day work week,  rotating weekends off, flexible schedule with no emergency after hours calls? Look no more, we have the job for you! We are a 3 doctor, well established, AAHA certified, small animal and exotics, stand alone practice in North Fort Worth, Texas.  

We offer paid: vacation time, CE, professional licensing, liability insurance, contributions for medical and dental insurance, student loan contributions, industry discounts and more. We offer a higher than average salary based on your experience. Relocation assistance negotiable. While the compensation for this position is finally dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications, the approximate salary range for this position is $85,000/year to $160,000/year.

We have advanced diagnostic equipment including ultrasound, radiology to include digital imaging, fluoroscopy and CT 3-D graphic scanning as well as flexible and rigid endoscopy, a regulated temperature and oxygen therapy unit as well as a defibrillator.  We have full in house laboratory diagnostics for complete blood profiles, coagulation panels, endocrine screening, drug monitoring levels as well as urinalysis screenings and culture and sensitivity screenings.

We offer advanced therapies including dentistry with endodontic care, reproductive medicine including semen freezing and banking, in house progesterone timing, TCI or surgical implantation, laser, cryosurgery, micro needling with PRP therapy, acupuncture, stem cell therapy.

We have several mobile, board certified specialists available that come to our facility for both patient and DVM consultations and treatments including a boarded surgeon skilled in advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, a boarded neurologist, a boarded ophthalmologist and a boarded radiologist skilled in ultrasound and advanced imaging.

If you desire to become a part of a organized team that can give you a multitude of areas to broaden and build your professional skills to deliver client focused, high quality patient care, look no further. In this position, you will have the opportunity to apply clinical skills with both exam room preventative patient care and sick patient diagnostics and treatments. Mentorship with a coaching program is available for your success. We have regular doctors meetings with case rounding. We do have on call, experienced technicians for 24 hour patient monitoring and care. We offer a high staff per DVM ratio (6:1).

Additional Salary Information: Attractive signing bonus. Salary is negotiated based on experience. Very competitive.
