Associate veterinarian wanted for a rapidly growing 3 doctor mixed animal practice. The practice is located in eastern NC. 30 minutes east of Raleigh NC. An hour from the beaches in Wilmington. The practice consists of 50% small animal and 50% large animal. The majority of large animal is equine focused with dominant western sport horse and leisure trail riding. The remaining large animal consists of cows, goats and a few pigs. The small animal is rapidly growing with focus on preventative medicine and general wellness. Routine surgeries performed in house. An equine surgery center with in house hospitalization was recently completed in June 2020. Associate veterinarian would share large animal emergencies on a once every 3 week rotation. Compensation for CE, health insurance and paid time off.
Mixed animal practice. Time spent evenly between large and small animal appointments. Emergency call for large animal once every 3 weeks.

Hannah Creek Veterinary Hospital is a rapidly growing mixed animal veterinary hospital located 30 minutes east of Raleigh and one hour from the beaches. Our hospital is currently a three doctor practice that share duties equally both large and small animal. Large animal emergency is shared between the three doctors on rotation. The large animal portion of the hospital has been established for 16 years and consists of 50% of the practice. Western and performance horses make up the majority of the large animal portion with a small percentage of food animal. The small animal clinic was built five years ago. Two fully stocked ambulatory trucks equipped with technician, power float, digital x-ray, digital ultrasound, shockwave and wireless endoscopy. On site EIA laboratory.
