Practice medicine in beautiful southeastern Rhode Island!

We are seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our multi-doctor, multi-site, small animal practice.  Experience is preferred but we will also give consideration to highly qualified new graduates/interns. Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient case management, surgery, imaging (radiology and ultrasound) and interpretation. With seven doctors and experience ranging from 5 to 35 years we offer a supportive culture to those newer to the profession. Continuing personal and professional development is a priority.

 Our practice consists of a main hospital in Middletown, Rhode Island offering:

• 12,000 square foot facility offering full medical and surgical capabilities
• Expansive surgical suite and treatment area
• Diagnostic equipment include a DR radiology unit within a separate lead-lined room
• Ultrasound GE Versana Premier, Tonopen, Class 4 laser, digital oral x-ray

We also have two full service satellite clinics located in Newport (Newport Animal Clinic) and Jamestown (Jamestown Animal Clinic) offering a quieter environment for nearer residents. All sites are fully equipped and computer-linked with real time record updating.

Our doctor staff is enthusiastic and excels at teamwork and client communication. The practice is also affiliated with an internist (cardiology). We have a dedicated technical and support staff of 45 who are well trained and motivated. Together we offer thorough, sound medicine including dentistry and oral health, chemotherapy, orthopedics (TTA), canine reproduction and emergency services.
