Animalia is an AAHA accredited, privately owned veterinary practice located in beautiful Franklin, Tennessee. Situated on seven lush acres, our renovated 19th century farm house provides the perfect setting for thorough consultations and tailored patient care in a comfortable, non-clinical setting. While our hospital looks and feels like the historic home it once was, we also have all the cutting edge tools a progressive general practitioner could want.

We believe in practicing the highest quality medicine, so alongside services such as preventive care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, endoscopy, diagnostic ultrasound, etc., we also provide integrative offerings including acupuncture, chiropractic, and regenerative medicine. Additionally, our sister facility, Veterinary Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine, shares our campus and provides comprehensive physical rehabilitation services.

We are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit, high-performing team. If you love learning, collaboration, and relationship building, Animalia may be the right practice for you.

Do you have a particular passion you want to dive into or skill you want to acquire? We want to help you develop it.

Are positive work culture and open communication important to you? They are to us, and we work hard to prioritize them.

Do you welcome the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues? We see this as the foundation of everything we do.

As an Associate Veterinarian for Animalia, you will of course see appointments and perform surgery and dentistry, but you will also have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that is continuously working to raise the bar for both patient care and client service.

Our Offer

  • Competitive salary with potential for bonuses
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Generous allowance and paid time off for continuing education
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Full reimbursement for all state and DEA license fees
  • Full reimbursement for Professional Liability coverage
  • Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program
  • Vacation and sick time off
  • Paid holidays
  • A remarkable and talented team to support you

About Animalia
At Animalia, we work together to provide the very best customer service and medical care for the pets in our community. As a progressive, AAHA-accredited practice, we place a premium on continuous learning and following best-practices in all that we do. This includes creating a safe and low stress environment for every patient that arrives on our campus by using a Fear Free approach. Our seven veterinarians are supported by talented and knowledgeable teams of veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service representatives. We are proud to offer a wide variety of wellness services, advanced diagnostics, inpatient and surgical care, as well as a full slate of integrative medicine offerings including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and comprehensive physical rehabilitation services through our sister facility, Veterinary Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine of Tennessee.
