Shenandoah Animal Hospital has openings for two veterinarians in the Shenandoah, IA area (Relief Coverage would be considered). The practice is closed Saturday and Sunday, but veterinarians do take their own on call hours. Great opportunity to run an established practice with a colleague!

Shenandoah Animal Hospital was founded in 1996 and has been proudly serving the Shenandoah, Iowa community ever since. Their strong team is known for providing personalized, high-quality veterinary care for every pet and welcoming the community like family.

Living in Shenandoah, IA has an idyllic small town feel with just 5,000 residents.  Locals enjoy a low cost of living, affordable home prices, an incredible sense of community and a gorgeous golf club!  Shenandoah is an east two hour drive to either Kansas City, MO or Des Moines, IA.

We are open to all levels of experience and even offer new graduate mentorship at some locations with on-site training and mentorship within CareVet training hospitals. Additionally, we offer relocation opportunities to other hospitals after training is completed!
