* The Practice Manager's leadership makes the difference at our clinic! We are looking for an efficient leader, who would be responsible for ensuring the employees feel appreciated, empowered, and that they are properly trained. The Practice Manager would be responsible for establishing best practices for the team. This role would have a direct influence and part in creating and maintaining a positive, productive environment for our staff and our clients. The ideal candidate will be well versed in change management.
* The Practice Manager will plan, develop, and organize the workflow, as well as manage inventory. The role requires all contacts with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders are carried out in a friendly, helpful, considerate but firm manner.
* The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of all aspects of a veterinary hospital and can fill in when necessary (with consideration to any licensing requirements).
* The position of Practice Manager reports to the Owner / Medical Director of Bridgeport Veterinary Hospital
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years healthcare leadership/management experience. A kind heart, with love for people and animals.
