The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be team oriented with a strong interest in general medicine as well as dentistry and have a fun-loving personality. In addition, the candidate that will thrive at Brook-Falls enjoys a challenge, is able to multi-task, balance a full workload successfully by delegating to the technical support team and develop lasting relationships with our clients. Our practice is approximately 50% exotics; experience with these species is preferred. Ideally candidates should have 2 – 3 years of general practice experience. Board certification and species-specific specialty is welcome and encouraged to apply. All new hires are onboarded through a strong and structured mentorship program. Associate veterinarians have future ownership potential in a privately-owned, non-corporate practice.
