Description:

With plans to become a 24 hour hospital in 2021, Oak Heart Veterinary Hospital at South Saunders is currently seeking an emergency clinician to join our team of hard-working and dedicated doctors and staff.

Oak Heart at South Saunders is located inside the beltline of Raleigh.   This area is a growing and vibrant area close to downtown Raleigh.  Raleigh and the Triangle area of NC are consistently ranked as one of the most desirable places to live in the US.  The hospital opened in September of 2019 with all new equipment and fresh, modern décor.  In addition to the state-of-the-art veterinary hospital, it houses a boarding/daycare and grooming facility with on-site training.  The hospital will begin to offer 24-hour emergency services early in 2021. Oak Heart at South Saunders is part of a veterinary hospital family within the Raleigh beltline that includes Oak Heart at Longview and Oak Heart at Dixie Trail.

Who Should Apply?

Emergency clinicians with at least one year of experience ready to provide quality medicine, leadership, membership in the referring community, and promotion of an empathetic client care experience?  Proficiency in patient triage, formulation of treatment plans based on a wide range of financial abilities, and emergency surgery is required. This position is for someone passionate about ER small animal medicine who is ready to join a fast-growing hospital with hard-working staff while being part of a respected, privately-owned company.
