Full Time Veterinarian

Join our progressive, 8-doctor, AAHA accredited, small animal hospital. Twin Maples Veterinary Hospital provides high quality care for our clients and patients in a friendly and fun environment.

We offer a great opportunity for professional mentoring with our talented and experienced doctors working together in collaboration. Our large support staff is made up of registered veterinary technicians, friendly client services staff, and enthusiastic veterinary assistants.

While all experience levels are welcome, candidates should have excellent people skills, the initiative to become an industry leader, and interest in both medicine and surgery.

We are well equipped with a newly remodeled dental suite with digital dental radiology, digital radiology, ICU unit, endoscopy, ultrasound, CO2 laser, therapy laser, ASIF bone plating equipment, TPLO, in-house lab, and Impromed electronic health records.

After hour emergencies are referred to 2 local emergency clinics.

Our practice is located in West Carrollton, a southern suburb of Dayton, Ohio. It is an inviting area to live with excellent nearby schools and affordable housing. There are great outdoor activities such as hiking, paddling, running, biking, and fishing readily available in the Five Rivers Metroparks and nearby state parks. For those interested in the arts, the Shuster Center and Victoria Theater have great offerings with travelling Broadway shows and local productions both. Nightlife is lively in the Oregon District. Our single A baseball team, the Dayton Dragons holds the record for continuous sellouts and is great fun as well. Major league sports are only an hour away in Cincinnati. Columbus venues are about an hour away as well.

Compensation is competitive. Generous benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, professional liability insurance, AVMA, AAHA, and local veterinary association dues, VIN membership, CE allowance, DEA license fee, state license fee, and relocation fee among others.
