Emergency Clinician

Animal Emergency of Gainesville is seeking an emergency clinician and is an off-hours hospital that is 6pm-8am during the week and 24hr on weekends.  We are a well-equipped, established, emergency hospital in Gainesville, Georgia. Candidate should be one who has discipline and confidence to direct one’s own medicine.  Surgery skills required or willing to learn: laceration repair; gastrotomy; enterotomy; resection and anastomosis; exploratory celiotomy for pyometra, c-section w/ and w/o OHE, GDV and gastropexy.  Digital radiology, ultrasound, EPOC, in house chemistry with Abaxis equipped lab.  Gainesville is located just 5 min from beautiful Lake Lanier, with low mileage access to the North Georgia Mountains and metropolitan Atlanta.  We offer competitive salary, production incentives, 401K.  Our support staff is well trained; schedule is unique and has 3 DVM’s in rotation with alternating weekends and overnights. Consideration given to both full and part time applicants.  A confident new graduate would be considered.

Employment contract includes equity in the corporation.
