Seeking a full-time small animal associate veterinarian to join our very busy, four doctor, mixed-animal practice. Our practice, located in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona is a short drive from the Grand Canyon and close to numerous outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, camping, cycling, cultural entertainment and culinary experiences. https://www.flagstaffchamber.com/

Our AAHA-accredited practice is rapidly growing with an average of 80-90 new clients each month as well as 25% increase in gross revenue each year. We pride ourselves on absolute excellence in provision of outstanding veterinary health care and consummate customer service. We are the only full-service, mixed-animal practice in Northern Arizona outfitted with the capability to hospitalize both large and small animal patients and equipped with both equine and small animal surgical suites and treatment areas. We also provide veterinary care to the community’s performance and pleasure horses, livestock, camelids, exotics, poultry and occasional wildlife.

We are seeking an open-minded, adventurous individual to join our intimate team! The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of small animal general practice experience or has completed a small animal rotating internship.  We can guarantee that you will never be bored, and that no two days will ever be the same!

Our motto, “Treat every patient as if they are your own, and every client as if they are family”, is a mantra that we live by. Additionally, we enjoy a very positive culture in which we endeavor to take exceptionally good care of each other. We are looking for someone that is an excellent team player and are also confident in working independently. Candidates should possess a very strong work ethic and superb communication skills.

We believe in the importance of work-life balance and associates are nearly always scheduled 4 consecutive days on, 3 days off to maximize time with their families and/or to explore all that Northern Arizona has to offer. We utilize a very generous “pro-sal” compensation format with production bonuses calculated monthly.  Currently, our associates are earning $150,000-$170,000 annually, pending experience.  Additionally, we offer an exceptional benefit package, including 401(k) match, PTO, professional dues and licensures, extensive CE opportunities, disability insurance, professionally liability insurance and much, much more.
