Come join our team/family!

The team at Main Street Veterinary Dental Clinic in Flower Mound, Texas (DFW area) is seeking the right individual to join our family as our practice continues to flourish. Building on Dr. Heidi Lobprise’s foundation, the addition of two residencies (one at completion) has allowed this group to grow into their newly expanded dental suite with four surgery stations, two radiographic units and state of the art equipment.

Our focus is providing the best care for our patients, in the best atmosphere possible, with excellent relationships with our ‘client-veterinarians’ in providing care for their patients as well. We have a phenomenal support staff of at least 2 technicians per scheduled doctor and ancillary staff. We have a very well-established referral base in the DFW Metroplex and see an active and varied case load.

We will consider a board-certified veterinary dentist, or experienced candidate to expand our team. We are associated with a full service, small animal hospital. We are located just north of Dallas and Fort Worth in the beautiful town of Flower Mound TX, voted "2017 Best Cities for Families in the US", "2018 Most Livable Small City in the US", not too far from the airport, great schools, recreation opportunities, shopping and restaurants. Remember – Texas does not have a state income tax!

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College, or residency-completed candidate with successful Phase 1 exam
  • Licensure must be in good standing to practice in the state of Texas
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
  • The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members
  • Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets
  • Compassionate team player who can uphold a great reputation with clients
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics

Main Street Veterinary Hospital rewards its team members with a competitive salary and somewhat negotiable schedule (minimum of 3 days a week) Additional benefit may include growth bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Medical Insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Continuing Education allowance
  • Professional Liability Coverage
  • Sign-On Bonus

NOTES:
Employer will assist with relocation costs.

Additional Salary Information: $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
