Rapidly growing small animal practice in Upstate South Carolina is searching for a Veterinary Associate. Kinard Animal Hospital (KAH) was founded in 1951, currently employs 3 full time veterinarians and is located in Greenwood, SC. Our hospital emphasizes quality of life: a balance of work and personal, teamwork with all veterinarians, and a supportive environment to provide excellent veterinary care. Greenwood is a friendly, small lake town setting and is only about 1 hour from Greenville, SC, Columbia, SC, and Augusta, GA. We are looking for someone who is passionate about veterinary medicine and eager to help our family of pets and their owners.

KAH is well equipped with an excellent trained support staff and the latest veterinary therapeutic/diagnostic technologies. KAH support staff includes 3 Licensed Veterinary Technicians, 6 veterinary assistants, 4 cross trained receptionists, and Office Manager. KAH therapeutic/diagnostic technologies currently include Ultrasound, Abaxis In-house lab, Idexx Catalyst In-house lab, Companion Laser Therapy, Tonopen, Midmark Dental Unit, Dental Radiology, Cardell Touch Monitor, Imagyst Fecal Analyzer, and Metron Direct Digital Radiography. 

Current Veterinary Associate work schedule is 4 working days and and 1 days off each week. KAH Business Hour: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5:30 PM. The position offers a generous base salary with production bonuses, health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, CE stipend, retirement plan, AVMA and SCAV dues, and Veterinary License fees.
