Critter Care Pet Clinic is excited to announce our opening for a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our team. Our thriving companion animal practice is seeking an accredited associate veterinarian to fill a Full-time and Part-time position. Critter Care Pet clinic is in Virginia, MN, nestled in the beautiful Northeastern corner, which is an outdoor adventurer’s paradise and a short drive to Duluth.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who enjoys the challenges and rewards of a well-established practice while working in a small-town setting alongside an experienced group of veterinary professionals. We are forward thinking and practice progressive, evidence-based medicine for our patients.
Offering preventative health care, internal medicine, surgery, and dental care, our clinic features in-house Heska & IDEXX analyzers, digital full body and dental radiography, ultrasound, CO2 cutting laser, orthopedic surgical equipment, and more.
Our dedicated support staff is caring and knowledgeable with a generous staff to doctor ratio. Our full-time doctors enjoy an average 32-hour work week without after hours emergency care obligations.
Previous experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply. We are not afraid to mentor and walk you through your first years of private practice!
Associates are compensated via pro-sal (base salary set upon experience level plus production bonuses) with a generous benefits package including IRA contributions, health insurance with options for vision and dental, CE time and stipend allowances, vacation/personal time, personal pet care discounts, and coverage of certain professional fees.
