BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital is seeking a driven, forward-thinking, and strategic operation leader to join our team as a Hospital Administrator in NY!

The Hospital Administrator has operational oversight of one or more hospital(s) within a market with total revenues exceeding $7.5MM.
 

As a Hospital Administrator you will: 

  • You will have first-line responsibility for the fiscal performance of your assigned hospital(s).
  • You will lead all business development and operational planning efforts.
  • You will supervise and mentor hospital managers.
  • You will lead the creation and maintenance of a high-performing, positive, and engaged workplace culture providing premier patient care.
  • You will oversee the hospital managers to ensure that hospital operations are efficient, effective, and meeting organizational objectives. 
  • You will provide valuable performance feedback to our associates including: day-to-day recognition, conducting associate performance reviews, and ensuring appropriate coaching/mentoring is arranged as needed.
  • You will ensure communication and feedback channels with associates are open and you are responsive to all of our associate concerns.
  • You will need at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have five + years of job-specific experience in a hospital management role within the veterinary or human health industry.
