We are looking for a dedicated veterinarian to join our family-owned and operated, AAHA accredited practice. Offering primary and urgent care services, we also provide hospitalization and rehabilitation services using cat-friendly and low-stress techniques.

Being the largest locally owned primary practice in Southern Arizona, our veterinarians enjoy a fast-paced and varied caseload supported by an experienced and dedicated team. Our mentoring program sets new DVMs up for success, enabling them to learn while contributing to the success of the team. New Veterinarians can expect Dr. O’Donnell’s (Practice Owner and Medical Director) mentorship as well as the support from our more experienced Associate Veterinarians.

Along with serving our clients and patients, our veterinarians make a great difference in our community as we are partnered with many local rescue organizations and are the official veterinarian for a local Police K9 Unit.

Professional fulfillment is important, but we maintain a focus on work/life balance. Flexible scheduling affords our DVMs that balance. As a team, we are close-knit and try to support each other to prevent burnout, compassion fatigue, and/or other issues that plague our field.

Northwest Pet Clinic believes in taking care of the team that takes care of our clients and community. We offer:

  • Competitive Salary (including commission)
  • A generous sign-on bonus
  • Flexible Scheduling
  • Medical/Dental/Life Insurance
  • 401K
  • Annual CE Allowance
  • Reimbursement for DEA, State License, and Liability Insurance
  • Reimbursement for Veterinary Organization Fees

If you are looking for a place with like-minded, compassionate professionals dedicated to making a positive impact in their community all while maintaining a healthy work/life balance, Northwest Pet Clinic is the place for you! Please feel free to email me with questions or contact information so we can get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you!

About Northwest Pet Clinic
Northwest Pet Clinic is a family-owned and operated, multi-location veterinary hospital located in Northwest Tucson and Oro Valley, AZ. Recently, we merged two of our locations in order to expand our Oro Valley location to provide the Oro Valley community with a premier Primary and Urgent Care facility. Both of our facilities are located amongst great schools, gorgeous weather year around, an abundance of available outdoor activities, and are near or in the two safest communities in Arizona. We are highly dedicated to partnering with our patients’ families and community to provide a lifetime of compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for their pets through Teamwork, Innovation, Love, and Education. We believe that providing a high standard of care and client service is essential to this mission. As an established, well-respected business in our area, we feel it is our responsibility to be active in our community. We work, live, and play here and want to be part of what makes this a great place to live for our team and community neighbors alike.
