Job Requirements for practice at Angel Animal Hospital:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university

Licensure in good standing to practice in Indiana

CSR, DEA, USDA APHIS Accreditation, AVMA PLIT coverage

NOTES:
