Full-Time associate DVM position

Our well-established practice is located in an expansive hospital that offers small animal and exotic medicine, laser surgery, therapy laser treatments, chiropractic, acupuncture, ultrasound, digital radiology, in-house IDEXX laboratory, dog daycare, grooming, and a large retail store.  We have a great staff to doctor ratio and all of our team is dedicated to providing a professional and caring client and patient experience.  Our practice is growing, well-managed, and 2nd generation family-owned.  We have 5 veterinarians with a combined 70 years of experience who enjoy mentorship, leadership, and a collegial atmosphere with their fellow veterinarians and team.

We offer a generous compensation and benefits package including 100% payment of: Health/Vision Insurance, PLIT insurance, DEA license renewal, State License renewal, and uniforms.  Additional benefits include pet products and services discounts, continuing education allowance, Paid Time Off, student loan repayment assistance, paid holidays, Simple IRA, dental insurance and more!    

Guaranteed base of $78-90k. We pay monthly production bonuses above base and expect an experienced full time associate to make at least $110-120K/year

Relocation assistance up to $1000 available!  Sign-on bonus of $7,000.

Additional benefits include NO on-call, NO overnight hospitalizations (all get referred to a local Emergency Clinic)...and living so close to outdoor, river, and wine events!  Schedule is typically 4 days/week plus alternating Saturdays- working hours per week average about 36 hours/week.

Requirements: Competent in small animal medicine/surgery, ability to lift up to 40#, ability to stand, stoop, bend repeatedly,  and licensed to practice in Washington State and have DEA License (or ability to obtain licensure).

About Pet Medical Center of Pasco
We are a progressive integrated veterinary practice located near beautiful wine country in West Pasco, WA! We are very proud of our hospital, which features 9 exam rooms, spacious surgery suite, a pet health food store, grooming, dog daycare, small animal and exotic boarding, and a state of the art hospital. Our practice sees dogs, cats, birds, and exotic patients. PMC is well-established, helping pets and families of the Tri-Cities for over 40 years. We are a second generation family-owned practice. Our team consists of 5 DVMs, 6 Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and 9 Veterinary Assistants, and 12 additional support staff (including a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager). We pride ourselves on having a staff that is very friendly, outgoing, and truly team oriented.
