Platte Lake Veterinary Clinic was founded 20 years ago and is located in Honor, Michigan.  Our picturesque facility sits on several acres of wooded land.  We are a two-doctor full-service animal hospital dedicated to high-quality care and compassion.  Our strong support staff is composed of 2 certified veterinary technicians, who have over 40 years of combined practice experience, 2 veterinary assistants, and several full-time and part-time receptionists. 

We are seeking a veterinarian who is looking for the opportunity to join our fully equipped, full-service hospital.  Our modern facilities are equipped with an in-house lab, digital radiography, and digital dental x-ray which allows us to give our clients immediate answers and start treatment faster.  We offer dental care and dermatology in addition to boarding services. We also see all species of animals including mixed, exotics, small livestock, and poultry! We welcome veterinarians of all experience levels.

A DVM or VMD from an accredited university.

About the area: Honor Michigan is located 30 minutes west of Traverse City. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, the Platt River flows through town and is four miles from Platt Lake.  Honor offers outdoor activities year-round. Summer activities include fishing, canoeing, and kayaking.  Winter sports enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to cross country skiing and snowmobile trails.
