Job Description:

VCA Capital Area Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital is looking to add an Emergency Veterinarian to our team!!!

  • We're located in beautiful Concord, New Hampshire with easy access to several parks, skiing, and only 1 hour to the beach!!

About CAVES:

We're a dedicated team of veterinary professionals who serve the surrounding Merrimack County area. We offer a full complement of specialty services, ensuring that we're able to provide our clients and patients with the highest quality and most comprehensive advanced veterinary care available anywhere. Our Specialty Departments include: Behavior, Dermatology, Emergency/Critical Care, Ophthalmology, and Surgery. Each of our specialty departments utilizes advanced technology to provide state-of-the-art diagnostics and advanced treatments and therapies to help our patients get well.
 

Our emergency department is open 24 hours providing critical and emergency treatment to our patients, utilizing a variety equipment and tools:

  • Blood transfusion therapy
  • Oxygen therapy
  • Emergency Surgery
  • Full digital radiography
  • Gorgeous building with open concept

Qualifications:

In this position you'll use your superior medical judgment combined with a high level of empathy, confidence and humility to build a loyal client base and heal pets. 

  • Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
  • A license to practice in the state in which he/she is employed.
