Position Overview

Location

Our practice is located in Angleton, TX, which is 45-minutes south of Houston.

Practice Overview

Angleton Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice led by Dr. Sherry D. Clark. Our focus is on providing quality patient care and achieving top-notch client satisfaction. We use advanced technologies and techniques, which coupled with our team’s passion and knowledge, makes us the area leader in veterinary service.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Build and maintain current and prospective client relationships
  • Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
  • Perform routine, elective and emergency surgeries
  • Operate diagnostic equipment, such as radiographic or ultrasound equipment, and interpret the images
  • Ensure quality care and environment for both staff and clients

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M) required
  • Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Texas
  • At least one year of experience preferred
  • Ability to work four, 10-hour shifts and every other Saturday for 4-hours
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Salary is base converting to production based pay.

Angleton Veterinary Clinic is a full service companion animal practice. AVC was established over 50 years ago and is excited to open a brand new facility in February of 2021.
