Murrieta/Temecula: Experienced Veterinarian for collegial thriving state of the art small animal hospital 

Opportunity for an energetic resourceful experienced veterinarian to join our privately owned three doctor hospital, Valley Veterinary Clinic, 15 miles north of Temecula in Murrieta.  Our unique culture puts your needs as a veterinarian as a top priority.  We cater to your needs not the other way around.  We get you the tools, resources and support that you need to thrive as a professional.

COVID-19 Modifications: Keeping our staff, clients, and pets safe during COVID-19 is a top priority.  We have curbside drop off, extraordinary inside cleaning, and solid pandemic protocols.   To make your life easier, we do a virtual interview combined with a virtual tour of our hospital to save you time, assure confidentiality, and give you a real sense of who we really are.

Plus, the sky is the limit on compensation ($150K plus) for a productive enthusiastic veterinarian.  We have a great facility with all the toys and a great staff.  We have an ACVIM specialist on staff for complex cases and teaching. 

Benefits:

-flexible shifts (4 day work week),

-monthly online classes with specialists and other experts

-collaboration with 9 other veterinarians,

-each veterinarian has a dedicated RVT,

-support innovative ideas on how to grow the practice.  You get a quarterly allowance to buy equipment that you may need for a special interest, etc,

-possible part ownership or retention bonus at year 3,

-educational support for professional interests in addition to CE (ie ultrasound classes, advanced dental classes, monthly CE from ACVIM specialist).

Qualities we are looking for in an associate are:

-passion and competency about your work; comfort with complex and interest case mix,

-ability to connect and show compassion to clients, pets, and staff,

-enjoying the work and having fun,

-ability to think outside the box and innovate,

Equipment includes digital whole body and dental x-rays, ultrasound, anesthesia monitoring, electronic medical records and more.   

Generous compensation ranging from $100K to $160K depending on experience and production, plus health insurance, 401K plan, 50% discount on pet services, continuing education, membership dues, licensing fees and relocations expenses.  Please send your resume to Victoria L.
