Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital has been providing care to the people and pets of the Main Line for almost 60 years!

Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced associate veterinarian to join our team. We are a multi-doctor, progressive, fast paced, full service veterinary hospital also offering boarding, daycare, grooming and training. We are looking for a dynamic associate who is eager to provide high quality medicine to our patients and compassion to our clients.

Practicing high quality medicine is made easier with our amazing team, in-house laboratory, digital radiography, therapy laser, and visiting specialists.

A successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual committed to practicing the highest standard of medicine with a genuine compassion for pets and clients. In addition, good communication skills, appropriate time management skills, and positive work attitude are critical. Our practice philosophy is built around, family, team work, life long learning, service, and personalization.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a rapport with clients
  • Communicate with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, nutritional needs and preventative care
  • Perform physical exams and diagnostic, surgical, medical, and dental procedures that deliver the highest quality care
  • Stay current with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
  • Maintain client-patient medical and surgical records
  • Assist in the development of our team to ensure the highest quality of care and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD degree
  • Licensure in good standing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to self-manage your time
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
  • Professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
  • Commitment to ongoing educational growth
