Ridgetop Animal Hospital in Silverdale Washington is seeking a full time associate DVM to join our 6 doctor practice. We are a well-established practice that provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and pocket pets.

We strive to provide the highest quality of care possible and carry a variety of advanced surgical equipment to provide our clients with the care they may only otherwise find at a specialty center. We have a fun, well trained, and experienced staff as well as modern equipment (digital radiography, laser therapy, ultrasound, electrocautery, and in house lab). We also have access to 2 nearby overnight ER hospitals and multiple specialty/referral centers no more than an hour away.

We are located on the Kitsap Peninsula. The area offers a plethora of amazing views and outdoor activities.  Our veterinarians work 4 days per week, 36-40 hours with a rotating schedule. We are open Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch. We understand the importance of work/life balance and therefore work diligently to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Our team takes great pride in continuing education for all our vets, and provides high quality mentorship for new grads. 

We offer substantial new grad mentorship and up to $25,000 of Student Loan Repayment. We have stellar signing bonus availability right now and offer full benefits, 401K (25% match), 3-4 day work week, extended vacation time, $2000 CE annually, and so much more as far as environment and team are concerned.
