Community Pet Hospital is a well-established, progressive, busy and still growing general practice and 24/7 emergency medicine hospital.  We have been serving our community since 1959 with two locations and celebrate our relationships with generations of families and their pets.  Our 24/7 facility is 6000+ square feet and houses: ~digital radiology ~ ultrasound with telemedicine radiologist review ~ Full in-house blood analyzers: IDEXX Procyte and Catalyst, I-Stat, Coag Analyzer ~ In-house urinalysis, fecals and cytology ~ ECG, BP, SPO2 ~ Vetscan SA.  Our emergency service is well supported with a seasoned and skilled nursing team, we have a team of 10+ DVMs, all of whom share a collaborative approach to medicine, and practice management is available 24/7.  We support your professional growth with mentorship, collaboration and a generous CE budget, our caseload and creative compensation package provides a path for exciting financial growth, and our flexible scheduling allows you a work/life balance to enjoy all that Colorado living offers.   We continue to search for individuals who will be a good fit for our practice, who practice with compassion and appreciation for the human-animal bond.

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Colorado
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics
  • Works collaboratively with hospital team members
  • Manages time and tasks appropriately
  • Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
  • Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth
