Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego – North County is seeking internship trained or experienced emergency veterinarians to support our hospital on a full-time basis for overnight and swing shifts.

We are seeking a team member who has excellent interpersonal skills, desires to be a team player, is interested in expanding/growing the department, can accomplish a high case load, and possesses strong time management skills.  Our emergency department has grown steadily over the years, and with our continued expansion, we are looking for an individual who desires to lead and continue to grow the department.

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­We have 4 ORs, digital radiography, fluoroscopy, 16-slice CT, ultrasound, a 1.5T MRI installed. Our hospital recently will be added 5,700 square feet of space. Construction included the MRI in addition to physical therapy/rehab, an additional OR, 4 exam rooms, USP800 certified compounding and chemotherapy suite and expanded treatment room.
