Who we are:

Laurelwood Animal Hospital is a very busy 3-doctor, AHAA accredited small animal hospital located in Beaverton, Oregon just outside of Portland.  We were founded in 2006 with the belief that providing exceptional veterinary care for our patients should always take priority.  We believe in giving our employees all of the resources needed to excel and reach their full potential professionally and in their personal lives.  As a hospital we focus on work-life balance and schedule 4 days a week.

We are open Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  We are closed for major holidays.  While we do accept same day appointments we do not have on-call hours or after-hours services.  Patients who are hospitalized overnight are cared for by dedicated overnight staff and doctors are only contacted in case of emergency with patients already in the building.

We offer a broad range of services for companion animals including:  General practice, oral health care prevention and dentistry, digital x-ray for both full body and dental procedures, CT scan, endoscopy, in-house labs as well as IDEXX labs, and ultrasound.

We have a robust mentorship philosophy to help doctors new to our practice grow their professional skills and anchor themselves in our practice and community.  Our founding doctors have 100+ years of experience and have been together for 30+ years.  We have a strong culture focused on patient care first and foremost.
