Our ideal candidate has good communication skills, teamwork mentality, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of client education.  We would like several years of experience, but are open to mentoring a new graduate and have a mentorship program in place!

We are located in Westminster, MA, which is just 45 minutes from Boston and 20 miles north of Worcester.   Westminster is situated at the foothills of Mount Wachusett, a popular local ski resort, and has many nearby parks to hike. It is a great place to work, live, and raise a family. With a diverse population of hard working and friendly people, and the choice of an urban, suburban, or rural lifestyle, central Massachusetts is a terrific place to call home.

At Wachusett, we take the health and well-being of our employees seriously, offering flexible working conditions and encouraging a well-rounded work/life balance. We offer a great compensation package, including a competitive salary, health insurance, 401K, PTO, generous CE allowance, additional PTO for CE, and reimbursement for membership and license fees.
